Hanover Theater: The Hybrid Movement Company's McNally's Fate
The Hybrid Movement Company will present a Halloween story called McNally's Fate interpreted through contemporary dance, acrobatics and spoken word and more (the site has details). The performance is also a fundraiser for the Massachusetts School Teachers Association.

Old Sturbridge Village: Things That Go Bump In The Night
Lots of games and events for the whole family in the Center Village. A new attraction for 'brave souls age 11 and up' has been added: The Trail of Terror. Scary walk through the dark countryside - sounds like it could be some scary fun! Get tickets in advance, they are expecting a sell out!

Learn about the history of Halloween from a Druid, take a guided candle-lit walk that features costumed characters. The journey ends with their Wicca fire. They've also got Jack O' Lanterns and encourage all to wear costumes.

Higgins Armory Museum: Haunted Higgins

Wander around the castle on the scariest day of the year. Creatures of the doom (aka from the Higgins’ exhibit Beyond Belief: The Curious Collection of Professor Rufus Excalibur Bell) are loose throughout the museum as well as wizards, vampires, ghosts, fairies and a mad scientist. Activities include trick-or-treat, games and crafts.
