HEY GUESS WHAT!
I just posted my first "guest post" on Raising Kids In America. Yippee!!!!
The blog is run by a fellow Worcester-Blogger: Papamoka of Papamoka Straight Talk
I'm really happy that I was invited to blog on someone else's blog. Make sure you go check it out!
On a completely unrelated note - there seemed to have been some sort of Rock-type concert in my neighborhood last night (near WPI). Too bad I was so tired when I got home or I would have gone out to investigate.
Oh well. Maybe next time.
And FINALLY, the end of the abandoned cat story, our landlady was able to find a no-kill shelter for her to go to. We had been waiting for them to have enough space for the cat.
The latest update is that 77 has been cleared as healthy but still needs to be spayed before being adoptable. I hope that she finds a great home after that. She's a good cat and deserves a family that wants her. I also hope that her previous owners don't get any more pets until they are sure they can take care of them. It looks like things will be OK for this cat but her kittens didn't make it. 77 could have just as easily been killed by cars, raccoons or disease.
